Section 1

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

okbjee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") operates an online casino and sports betting service accessible via the domain okbjee.app and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between okbjee and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform in any capacity.

By proceeding past the registration page, by logging into an existing account, or by continuing to browse the Platform after these Terms have been updated and published, you confirm unconditional acceptance of all provisions contained herein, including any documents incorporated by reference — such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all users of okbjee regardless of the device used to access the Platform, whether desktop, mobile browser, or any future application format. They apply to users located anywhere, but are specifically designed for users based in Bangladesh accessing the service in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must meet the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain an active account on okbjee:

• You must be a natural person of at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Each account represents one individual user and must be used solely by that individual.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of okbjee, nor a close family member of any such person, when using the Platform for real-money gaming.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the okbjee Platform under these Terms or under any prior version of these Terms.
• You must not be using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally, beyond the general Bangladesh-market focus of the Platform.

okbjee takes age verification seriously and employs multiple layers of identity checking. Where okbjee has reasonable grounds to suspect a user is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending verification. Any winnings accumulated during the period of suspected underage use may be withheld and returned to the user's funding source after identity confirmation, at okbjee's sole discretion.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on okbjee, you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method (email address or mobile number). You are responsible for ensuring this information remains current at all times.

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the okbjee Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, address, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Where duplicate accounts have received bonuses, those bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

• You must provide a secure, unique password at the time of registration and are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify okbjee immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• okbjee will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the user has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
• Account credentials must not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any other person under any circumstances.
• okbjee may require additional identity verification documents (such as a national ID card, passport, or utility bill) before processing withdrawals or when triggered by internal compliance checks.

Section 4

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

okbjee supports a range of payment methods specifically tailored to Bangladeshi users, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other supported institutions. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the account dashboard and may be updated by okbjee from time to time without prior notice.

All deposits must be funded from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made using a payment method belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Where okbjee identifies a third-party deposit, the deposited amount will be returned to the originating source and the user's account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Deposits are credited to the user's account balance as soon as they are confirmed by the relevant payment provider, typically within minutes for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the Platform's payment information section. Processing times may vary depending on the selected withdrawal method and any pending KYC requirements.
• okbjee reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, compliance review, or investigation of a suspected breach of these Terms.
• Withdrawals will only be issued to a payment method registered in the same name as the okbjee account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any fees charged by the user's payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals are the sole responsibility of the user. okbjee does not apply internal transaction fees for standard deposit and withdrawal operations, though this policy may change and will be communicated via the Platform.
• Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5 before they may be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited without a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

Section 5

5. Bonuses & Promotions

okbjee offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar (including campaigns around Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and major cricket tournaments). Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant offer on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for matters relating to that promotion only.

General rules applicable to all bonuses offered by okbjee include the following:

• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per individual, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times — including through the creation of duplicate accounts — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account suspension.
• okbjee reserves the right to modify, pause, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including after it has been claimed, where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or where continued operation of the promotion would cause material harm to okbjee.
• Bonuses claimed using funds derived from third-party deposits will be void and forfeited.
• Certain games may be partially or fully excluded from bonus wagering contributions. The contribution percentages for different game categories are published in the individual promotion terms.
• The maximum bet permitted while a bonus wagering requirement is active may be capped. Placing bets above the stated maximum while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games and sports betting markets offered on okbjee are governed by the rules published within the relevant game interface or betting market. Users are expected to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before participating. okbjee accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a user's failure to understand the rules of a game or market they have chosen to play.

All random number generator (RNG) based games available on the Platform use certified RNG systems supplied by the relevant third-party game studios (including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe). These systems are independently audited to ensure genuinely random and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated in real time by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi and are subject to those providers' operational protocols as well as okbjee's own fair play standards.

• In the event of a technical malfunction — including server failure, disconnection, or software error — during a live game round or bet, the round or bet may be declared void and the wager returned to the user's account balance.

• Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games represent theoretical long-run averages and are not a guarantee of any specific outcome during any individual gaming session.
• All sports betting outcomes are settled in accordance with the rules of the relevant sport and the settlement rules published for that market on the Platform. Settlement decisions made by okbjee are final once confirmed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the okbjee Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Breach of any prohibition listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration, identity verification, or KYC review.
• Using the Platform in any manner that constitutes, facilitates, or is associated with money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or other technology to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform, whether in casino games, the sportsbook, or any account management feature.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or similar tool with the intent of circumventing geographic restrictions or concealing identity.
• Registering more than one account, or facilitating a third party in doing so, in order to claim multiple instances of a bonus or promotional offer.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses other users or okbjee staff members via any communication channel associated with the Platform.

Section 8

8. Account Suspension & Closure

okbjee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraud or money laundering; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe; receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the user's payment provider; or any other conduct that okbjee determines, in good faith, to be contrary to the integrity of the Platform.

Users who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the okbjee support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Voluntary account closures requested for responsible gaming reasons (such as self-exclusion) will be processed as a priority and are subject to the provisions set out in Section 9 of these Terms.

• Upon closure of an account for any reason, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via their primary withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
• Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, okbjee reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance as compensation for losses caused by the breach, where legally permissible.
• Closed accounts will not automatically be reopened. Users who believe their account has been closed in error must contact support within 30 days of the closure notification.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. Users who request self-exclusion will not receive promotional communications from okbjee during that period.
• Where okbjee identifies behaviour that may indicate a problem with gambling — including but not limited to very large or rapidly escalating deposit volumes, frequent short sessions followed by immediate re-deposits, or direct communications expressing distress — okbjee may proactively reach out to the user or impose temporary account restrictions as a precautionary measure.
• okbjee will not knowingly allow a self-excluded user to re-register or to access the Platform during their exclusion period. Where a self-excluded user successfully re-registers through misrepresentation, any activity during that period will be voided and balances returned.

10. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the okbjee Platform — including but not limited to the okbjee brand name, logo, visual design, software, game graphics, text, data, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of okbjee or its licensed content providers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit users to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software underlying the Platform; or use the okbjee name or logo in any manner without prior written consent from okbjee.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbjee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions — even if okbjee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

okbjee's total aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their okbjee account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• okbjee does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and circumstances beyond okbjee's reasonable control may affect Platform availability.
• okbjee is not responsible for any losses incurred by a user as a result of their own failure to log out of their account on a shared device, or as a result of their credentials being compromised through the user's own negligence.
• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbjee makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and processing of personal data submitted by users to okbjee is governed by the okbjee Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okbjee collects only the personal data necessary to operate the Platform, process transactions, comply with applicable legal obligations, and protect the security of the Platform and its users. okbjee does not sell or share user personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Section 13

13. Amendments to These Terms

okbjee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect user rights or obligations — okbjee will provide reasonable advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by direct communication to the email address or mobile number registered on the user's account.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If a user does not agree to an amendment, they must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 above. The date of the most recent revision is displayed in the hero section at the top of this page. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.

Section 14

14. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising under these Terms in good faith through direct negotiation in the first instance before resorting to formal dispute resolution processes.

Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the resolution of a dispute.
